SHR’s THB 1.7 Billion Debenture Offering Fully Subscribed Amid Strong Investor Demand

Reaffirming its strong business fundamentals and continued growth potential

Bangkok, 17 September 2026 – S Hotels & Resorts Public Company Limited (SHR), a leading international hotel and resort management company under Singha Estate PCL (S),has announced the successful completion of its debenture offering, with a total issuance value of THB 1.7 billion. The debentures have a tenor of 2 years and 9 months and carry a fixed coupon rate of 4.50% per annum.

The debentures were offered to the public from 14–16 September 2026 and received a strong response from investors, enabling the Company to complete the offering in full at its target amount. The successful offering reflects investor confidence in SHR’s business fundamentals, growth potential and strategic direction.

The debentures offered in this issuance have a tenor of 2 years and 9 months, a fixed coupon rate of 4.50% per annum. They were assigned a credit rating of “BBB-” by TRIS Rating Co., Ltd., which is classified as investment grade.

SHR successfully completed the offering at its full target of THB 1.7 billion, reflecting strong investor demand and confidence in the Company’s business fundamentals and strategic direction. The successful offering further strengthens SHR’s financial flexibility and funding capacity, enabling the Company to pursue investment opportunities, enhance its hotel assets and support sustainable long-term growth.
