S Hotels & Resorts (SHR) Finalises Coupon Rate at 4.50% per Annum for 2-Year and 9-Month Debentures

Offering investors an opportunity to invest in a hotel business with attractive long-term growth prospects

Bangkok, 31 August 2026 –S Hotels & Resorts Public Company Limited (SHR), a leading international hotel and resort management company under Singha Estate PCL (S), has announced a coupon rate of 4.50% per annum for its 2-year and 9-month debentures, with interest payable quarterly throughout the tenor. The debentures will be offered to the public from 14–16 September 2026 through five leading financial institutions.  The offering reflects SHR’s continued access to the capital markets and is intended to support the Company’s financing and liquidity management objectives. The offering also follows the positive market response to previous debenture offerings by SHR’s parent company, Singha Estate, further supporting investor confidence in the Groups.

SHR has been assigned a corporate credit rating of “BBB” with a “Stable” outlook by TRIS Rating Company Limited, while the SHR debentures have been rated “BBB-“, which is classified as Investment Grade, as of 8 July 2026. TRIS Rating expects SHR’s growth to be supported by the gradual realisation of benefits from its asset enhancement plan, which is expected to strengthen revenue-generating capabilities, support improvement in room rates and enhance profitability. These factors are expected to contribute to the company’s financial strength and support the continuity and sustainability of its operating performance over the long term.
