Job Description:

The Distribution Analyst is responsible for supporting the day-to-day distribution operations of S Hotels & Resorts by ensuring the accuracy of rates, inventory, content, and connectivity across all distribution channels. The role supports revenue optimization through distribution system administration, channel monitoring, operational reporting, and collaboration with hotels and distribution partners to ensure efficient distribution processes and accurate online representation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support day-to-day distribution activities across Brand.com, OTAs, Bedbanks, GDS, and other distribution channels.
  • Maintain accuracy of rates, inventory, content, and channel configurations.
  • Conduct regular audits of rate parity, content quality, and channel availability.
  • Monitor channel performance, analyze operational data, and report opportunities for improvement.
  • Coordinate with hotels, vendors, OTA partners, and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
  • Maintain and update OTA content to ensure brand consistency and accuracy.
  • Support implementation, testing, and maintenance of CRS, Channel Manager, and distribution systems.
  • Prepare operational and channel performance reports to support business analysis and decision-making.
  • Maintain SOPs, documentation, and compliance with company standards.
  • Keep updated with industry trends, e-commerce developments, and distribution technologies.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Business, Marketing, or Hospitality Management.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel distribution, revenue management, reservations, or e-commerce.
  • Operational knowledge of Central Reservation Systems (CRS), Property Management Systems (PMS), Channel Managers, OTA Extranets, and Global Distribution Systems (GDS).
  • Experience using SynXis CRS, Opera Cloud PMS, or similar hotel reservation systems is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret operational data and identify issues.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with hotels, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Fluency in both written and verbal English and Thai are essential.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
