Anti-fraud-and-corruption practices in hotel operations present an opportunity to enhance the Company's credibility and brand image, attract customers and investors who prioritize governance, and strengthen internal management systems. These practices also support global business expansion. However, any actions in violation of anti-fraud-and-corruption principles may expose the Company to legal penalties, reputational damage, strained business relationships, and increased risk management costs. Therefore, implementing robust internal controls and fostering a culture of transparency are essential to long-term business success.
In February 2024, the Company declared its intention to join the Thai Private Sector Collective Action Coalition Against Corruption (CAC) and is currently in the process of applying for CAC Certification. On January 2, 2025, the Company officially adopted the revised Anti-Corruption Policy to align with applicable laws. This policy applies to directors, executives, employees, and subsidiaries, and encourages joint ventures and business representatives to adhere to the same standards.
The Company is committed to a zero-tolerance approach to all forms of corruption, whether direct or indirect. All personnel are required to strictly comply with the policy, operational guidelines, and the Code of Business Conduct without exception.
