Job Description:

Officer – Senior Officer – Investor Relations will be responsible for managing communication between a company’s corporate management and its investors.  An Investor Relations Officer – Senior Officer helps support releasing information, handling inquiries and meetings, providing feedback to management, and crisis management. Investor relations professionals focus on the company’s financial community, rather than its business customers or the public.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish, manage, and maintain investor relations strategic plan and execution program in maintaining stability and fair market valuation of the company’s share price, building positive relationship and investor’s confidence in the company and management, and assuring precise understanding of the company.
• Facilitate IR function in providing complete information to analysts/investors (local and international / institutional and individual) with full compliance with SET/SEC regulations through various communication channels.
• In charge of the company’s investor relations webpage and all information disclosure to the investment community.
• Study analysts’ research reports, summarize ,pros and cons from analysts’ views, confirm accuracy of information, exchange ideas in case of different points of view.
• Prepare presentations, press releases, and other communicational exhibits in relation to the Investor Relation activities including, but not limited to Opportunity Day, Analyst Meeting, Business Plan, and Peer Analysis presentations.
• Monitor the movement of the company’s share price and the market on the report unusual events. Raise investor issues and perception to management and recommend investor relations activities.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in business fields including finance, accounting, or economics.
• Prior experience in investor relations, investment banking, finance, analyst, or other related fields is preferable but not required.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with charming personality.
• Capable user of readily available AI tools.
• Good command in English (speaking and writing).
• Good analytical skills and financial modeling.
