Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate with related parties to do financial due diligence along with feasibility study, deal structuring, and investment planning for business acquisition
• Analyse capital structure, capital allocation from previous project investment, cost of capital to maximize shareholder’s value
• Provide business reviews and analysis on the performance of the current company’s portfolio of assets
• Lead dept and equity financing and disburse to allocate fund to projects

Key Requirements:

• At least Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economic, Architecture or other related field
• 5-10 years of experiences in related field
• Require a board or deep knowledge in technical or specialized field requiring a command of diverse practices and sophisticated concepts which typically acquired through very deep and/or broad experiences combined with professional qualification
• Integrate operational or conceptual of functions which are diverse in nature and objective or critical to the achievement of overall business goals
• Confront with the situation to be resolved including circumstances, facts, and issues that are different from what had been encountered in the past which alternative courses and consequences need to be considered and evaluated
• Need to accomplish overall objectives within the framework of the organization’s operating policies by establishing the plan, determining the priorities, and prescribing the processes
