This position is responsible for the Singha Complex Travel Concierge.
- Maintain complete knowledge of the portfolio of hotels
- Direct Sales to customers onsite (including VIPs of Boonrawd)
- Coordinate group arrangements
- Actively seek business opportunities with both individuals and companies within Singha Complex
- Work in conjunction with cluster Sales coordinator for admin work
- Up-sell and promote hotel’s facilities and services at every available opportunity to maximize sales revenue
- Prospecting calls for potential accounts and supporting hotels promotions
- Other jobs as per discretion of company
- Set overall digital direction to help drive room and other related revenues (i.e. F&B, spa, meetings, etc.)
- Maintain overall hotel digital and ecommerce budget and related vendor/agency relationships (i.e. Supporting billing and invoicing needs with each individual hotel, etc.)
- Identify, articulate and rationalize insights and recommendations to senior hotel management.
- Provide ongoing updates of industry news, trends, issues, site features and best practices to senior hotel management and help educate hotel on E-marketing essentials.
- Bachelor’s degree in related filed
- Good command in English and computer-literate
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation & communication skills
