Job Description:

A Business Development & Partnership Manager is responsible for the business development aspect of S Hotels & Resorts. Primary duties include identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining successful relationships with prospects and existing partners, collaborating with executives on business strategy to determine objectives and maximizing business reach and potential.

We are a hospitality investment and management company. Our hospitality business is growing rapidly, and we need a skilled DBD&P to acquire and manage new relationships with us. The ideal candidate will have experience in hospitality, investment and sales, as well as skills related to strategic analysis. In this role, you will be responsible for developing relationships with potential and existing partners, negotiating contracts and closing deals. We will rely on you to partner with our brand, marketing, finance and investment team to conduct market research and develop a strategic business development plan. Travel throughout Asia is required for this position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Market research, feasibility studies, highest and best use studies, valuation of hotels/resorts.
• Strategic consulting, due diligence activities, brand recommendations for single assets and portfolios.
• Management agreement, operator contract and term sheet reviews.
• Financial analysis, underwriting and modeling.
• Market comparable research and analysis.
• Review and analysis of financial statements, annual business plans, budgets (including capital budgets/programs), and other related functions for business opportunity including five/ten years financial projections.
• Preparation of proposals for prospective business opportunities .
• Preparation of pitch materials for potential business partners.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management, Finance or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of prior relevant experience in hotel or hospitality industries.
• Thai national.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal in English.
• Problem solving and analytical skills.
